Queen room was good-sized and pet-friendly had hypoallergenic pillows. The bed was comfortable and there were an iron, multi-channel television, and a study table to use. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the restaurant was open for an excellent buffet, the outlet centre near the airport 2nd tip and a supermarket.
Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

Very friendly staff and the buffet restaurant was excellent value.
Some of the decor and public areas were dated and showed need for repair in places

The location of the hotel if great for those wanting to explore the city of Seville and situated in a reasonably quiet position..The great value for money which included breakfast buffet to suit most normal people and swimming pool all included in this fantastic price....approx 200 mtrs is the village square we went into the Bar Central where you can still get a beer for a Euro.....also if you head back towards the hotel there is a Bar to the left of the day centre which has good food and sensible prices...( Near to cross roads)..We have looked at other reviews of this hotel where they say it was dirty, seen to have cockroaches, leaves in the pool and noise at night( maybe in high season) and poor selection of food...In our eyes these reviews do not give the hotel justice for the price they give you..Everybody is different and we can only assume some people we,re born with a silver spoon in the mouth and stay at the London Hilton Hotel on a regular basis..Full marks for the Hotel Jardin la Reina and we,ll be going back again..James family Granada

The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the setting is secluded.

It is actually a residence, more than a Hotel (American Style). The Studio was great - spacious and well furnished. Lovely bathroom and surroundings ... not far from Seville city centre. Ideal, if you travel by car and you want to escape crowd, noises and save money for a nice accomodation. Breakfast Buffet has lots option and good quality
Hot water was off after I took a bath, so my girlfried had to take a cold shower... not up to the standards ... couldn't be bothered to complaint

I chose this hotel for a corporate retreat because it provides numerous facilities like an ample foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, TV room, conference room with Internet access, and a cozy café. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and convenient.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and scanning capabilities. It would have been helpful to have all the necessary office amenities readily available in the hotel.

Friendly helpful staff and the shuttle bus in to town was reasonably priced compared to taking a taxi. Rooms were quite large for the price.
Persistent sewage odor in the bathroom. Didn't notice it anywhere else around the hotel though.

This one was a nice surprise. Large spacious hotel, nice room. Although a little bit worn down, it never affected us. Breakfast could be better. Nevertheless is a great location if you want to avoid the city traffic since is a 10 min drive from sevillas main cathedral. If you dont have a car ask about their shuttle service to several locations nearby. Its a Yes!
Breakfast could be a little bit better

Great hotel, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. It was an amazing 3* hotel for the price of a hostal. So good that after staying one night we cancelled a hotel booked for a week later near the airport and rebooked this one.
